We use a state of the art, interactive
web based training log to create,
upload and distribute all training plans. This system allows the
athlete to keep track and log their day to day activity, then compare
the
data as the months progress and fitness level improvements. It allows
the
coach to make immediate training plan adjustments based on athlete
input and comment from previous workout(s).
