B o u l d e r  P e r s o n a l  F i t n e s s ,  L.L.C  provides personalized training programs from beginners to experienced athletes. Sprint to Ironman distance triathlons. 5k PR’s to marathon finishes. All training programs are very detailed and individually tailored to fit your needs. We provide two general types of programs. The first is for those who's main goal is to complete an event, and to do so with confidence. The second is for those who wish to improve their performance or race times. Both of these programs are offered for running or triathlon events. All programs are athlete centered focusing first and foremost on injury prevention. We believe in as much communication as necessary to help the athlete achieve his or her goal without injury. There is no limit to email or phone time like most other coaching services. Advanced one-on-one personalized training and coaching sessions are also available. These one-on-one sessions might cover transition tips and tricks, trackside coaching, poolside swim techniques, and pacing (on the track, trail, tempo runs, open water, or even your first--or 7th--marathon). 

We use
a state of the art, interactive web based training log to create, upload and distribute all training plans. This system allows the athlete to keep track and log their day to day activity, then compare the data as the months progress and fitness level improvements. It allows the coach to make immediate training plan adjustments based on athlete input and comment from previous workout(s).
