r e n t
P o p a d i c h has dedicated over two decades to mastering the Art
and Science
of pushing beyond perceived limits in sport and life. As an avid
athlete he has harnessed the sports of triathlon, running, swimming,
road cycling, mountain biking, and snowshoe running. His personal
athletic resume ranges from numerous triathlon overall wins to
Ironman finishes, and from snowshoe racing victories to top 10 overall
marathon finishes. He fought his way up from being a mid pack age
grouper at local grassroots triathlons in the early 90's to reaching
professional / elite status 13 years later. Although now retired from
the sport of competitive triathlon, Brent still loves giving back to
the sport and helping others achieve their goals. He currently chases
podium finishes in the disciplines of snowshoe running and single speed
mountain biking.
Brent is a USA Track
and
Field level 1 coach, a USA Cycling level 3 coach as
well as a USA Triathlon level 1
coach. He is currently working with the American Council
on Exercise to achieve his personal training certification.
